What OleaDesk is

A desktop application that connects to your own email accounts, helps you write and manage mail, and runs research agents that identify potential business buyers from published company information. You install it on your machine and it uses your own email accounts to send.

You approve every send

OleaDesk does not send email without your approval. This is enforced in the software at the moment of sending, not merely offered as a setting. It is the core of what you are buying, and we will not add an autopilot.

The consequence is yours to own: you are the sender. The messages go from your address, in your name, and you are responsible for their content and for complying with the law where your recipients are: GDPR and PECR in the UK and EU, CAN-SPAM in the US, and their local equivalents elsewhere.

Sending rules that are not negotiable

These are product policy. They are not preferences you can turn off, and support will not raise them for you:

• Daily sending caps and a warm-up ramp. New sending accounts start slow and build. This is how mailboxes avoid being classified as spam sources.
• Sequences stop the moment someone replies. Always.
• Suppression lists are absolute. Anyone who asks not to be contacted is not contacted again.
• Businesses, not individuals. OleaDesk writes to businesses at published business addresses, never to individuals at personal addresses.

We may suspend an account that persistently generates spam complaints or bounces. Not to be difficult. One account behaving badly damages the deliverability reputation everyone else depends on.

Plans and payment

Plans and prices are on the pricing section. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. A paid period is served in full rather than refunded: the free trial is where you decide, before any money moves.

AI usage is included, subject to fair-use limits described on your plan. If you consistently exceed them we will talk to you about a larger plan rather than silently cutting you off mid-sentence.

Founding members, meaning anyone who subscribes on or before 30 September 2026, keep their price for as long as their subscription runs continuously; a break in the subscription ends the founding price. A member who chooses to pay for twelve months in advance is charged for ten of those months at the full rate and two at half.

The trial is fifteen days and takes no card: nothing is charged and there is nothing to cancel. The full sending rules are in our Sending and fair use policy, and EU and UK customers can request our data processing agreement.

Your data and your content

Your email is yours. Your buyer lists are yours. We claim no ownership over anything you write or import, and we do not use your content to train models. See the privacy page for what actually leaves your machine.

What we don’t promise

We do not promise that outreach will produce replies, meetings or sales. Nobody honestly can, and a company that does is telling you something about itself. OleaDesk is a tool that does specific work well; the results depend on your product, your market and your judgement.

The software is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the preceding twelve months.

Ending it

You can stop at any time. Your mail stays on your machine because it was never anywhere else. We may end an account for a serious breach of these terms: the sending rules above, or using the product to break the law.
