Who this is for
Owners who already know outreach works and do not want to be the one doing it. You sell a real product to trade buyers, you can name two or three markets you want into, and you would rather spend your week on the replies than on building the machine that produces them.
It is the wrong plan for two people, and we would rather say so on this page than on the call. If what you want is volume, tens of thousands of emails a month, we are the wrong instrument and there are tools built for it. And if you want buyers found but do not intend to answer anyone who writes back, Managed will not fix that, because the replies come to your own mailbox and the answering is the part that closes business.

We set them up
We install with you on a call, connect your mailbox with you, and write the first brief in your own words while the assistant reads your sent mail. You watch the first agent start finding before the call ends.
We tune them every month
One concrete change a month, decided from what actually happened: widen a market that is thin, tighten a brief that is bringing the wrong companies, refresh a sequence, change the pace.
A report every month
What your agents found, who replied, what the funnel did, and one recommendation for the month ahead. Written by a person on top of the numbers, not generated and sent unread.
Priority support and a quarterly call
Your mail is answered within one business day, by the founder. Once a quarter we put the last three reports side by side and decide the one strategic thing for the next three months.
What the first week looks like
Setup is the part you are paying for, so here it is in full, including what it costs you in time.

We install OleaDesk, connect your mailbox and set the sending pace, all on the same call. Connecting a mailbox is the one fiddly step in this product and doing it together is half the reason this tier exists. Then we write your first agent's brief in your words, and start it running while you watch.
- Day one, after the callNothing from you
We build the rest of your agents across your markets, load your do-not-contact names into the suppression list, and read every sequence the assistant drafted in your voice. Anything that does not sound like you gets corrected once, because a correction is what teaches it.
- Two or three days laterA few minutes, to approve
We read what the agents found and tighten what needs tightening. Then the first buyers are released and your first approved emails go out. You approve them. We never send anything on your behalf, on this plan or any other.
By the end of that week your mailbox is connected, the assistant has learned your voice, agents are live in at least two markets, your first emails are out, and you know where to look when somebody replies.
Then every month
We read your funnel, make one considered change, and send you the report. Replies land in your own inbox and you answer them, in your own name, the way you always have. When a buyer asks your price, your agent stops and hands you the conversation rather than inventing a number. That is true on every plan, and it is the reason this one is safe to hand over.
What Managed is not
It is not an agency writing to buyers as you. It is not a list we hand over and walk away from. It is not unlimited calls, and being honest about that is what keeps the price where it is. And it is not autopilot: the approving stays yours, because your name is on every email that goes out.
Set up personally by the founder, so places are limited by that. It is not a scarcity trick, it is arithmetic about hours. If we cannot start you this month we will say so on the call rather than take the money and get to you in six weeks.
