What you need
- Windows
- Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit.
- Your mail
- Any IMAP account: Gmail, Outlook, your own domain. You can add several. Gmail, Yahoo and iCloud need an app password rather than your normal one, which is a three minute detour the app walks you through.
- Space
- The app is small. Your mail archive is what grows, and it lives on your disk, not ours.

The first ten minutes
- 01Add your inbox
Your email address and password (an app password for Gmail, Yahoo or iCloud). Passwords go into the Windows Credential Manager, never into our servers.
- 02It reads your sent mail
That is how it learns to write like you. It happens on your machine, and nothing is uploaded.
- 03Ask it to draft something
You will see the shape of it in about a minute. Nothing sends until you press send.

Installed it? Connect your inbox and look around. That part is free. The subscription covers the AI: the drafting in your voice, and the agents that go and find buyers. It updates itself. New versions arrive quietly and apply when you restart, so this is the only time you will need this page.
