Status
What can break, and how you’d know.
We don’t have an automated status dashboard yet, so rather than show you a green tick that nobody is checking, here is what actually depends on us.
Runs entirely on your machine against your own mail provider.
Unaffected by anything on our side. If mail stops, the problem is your provider or your connection.
Our relay, and the AI provider behind it.
The one thing an outage here touches. The app tells you the AI could not be reached; nothing is lost and nothing sends.
Your own machine and your own mail server.
Outreach goes out while OleaDesk is open. Close it completely and sending pauses until you reopen it; the app tells you when that happens.
Our servers.
A failed run is picked up by the next one, and buyers already found are never lost. Several failures in a row can leave a week short, and the agent says so rather than padding the number.
Because your mail is local, most outages aren’t ours
This is the practical upside of a local-first product. Your inbox, your drafts and your sequences live on your computer, so if our servers vanished tomorrow you would still be able to read and answer your mail. The AI would stop, and the agents would stop. Nothing else would.
Something wrong right now?
Email hello@oleadesk.com. From inside the app, Settings, then the Get help box: Save report writes a file to your Desktop with the version, your system and the recent activity log, with every email address replaced by a placeholder, so sending it never shares your contacts.
