Sending & Fair Use Policy

The limits on how OleaDesk sends. They are not settings. They are the product, and they exist to keep your domain alive.

Last updated 25 July 2026

Most cold-email tools compete on how much they let you send. We compete on the opposite, because a burnt sending domain costs more than any campaign earns. These limits are enforced in the software and support will not lift them for you.

The limits

  • A daily sending cap per account, with a warm-up ramp for new accounts that starts low and builds.
  • Sequences stop the instant someone replies. There is no setting to continue.
  • Touches land in the recipient's own working hours: weekdays, business time, in their country.
  • Suppression is absolute. Anyone who asks not to be contacted never is again.
  • Nothing sends without your explicit approval.

Fair use of the AI

AI is included in every plan rather than metered against you. Fair use means normal work by one business. If your usage looks like an agency running many clients through one seat, we will ask you to move to a plan that fits. We will not silently cut you off in the middle of a sentence.

What you may not do

  • Upload purchased, rented or scraped contact lists.
  • Send to individuals at personal addresses rather than businesses at published business addresses.
  • Use OleaDesk for anything unlawful, deceptive, or that misrepresents who is sending.
  • Attempt to work around the caps, the warm-up, or the approval gate.

If you push it

Persistent spam complaints or bounce rates get an account suspended. That is not us being difficult. Shared reputation means one account behaving badly damages every other customer's deliverability.
