Reopening the conversations that went quiet
The warmest buyers you have are already in your inbox. This is usually the fastest first win in the product.
The sample request you answered and never heard back about. The contact from a show two years ago. The buyer who said not this season and meant it at the time. They already know you, they already replied to you once, and they are worth more than any cold company an agent can find. Opportunities goes and gets them.
How to run it
Open Opportunities and run Find opportunities. The assistant reads the conversations you replied to that then went silent, and ranks the ones worth another attempt, with a reason for each. Read the original email first, straight from the card, because you will often remember something about the buyer that the assistant cannot know.
Then choose Draft re-engagement. It writes the follow up in your voice, referring to the real thread rather than pretending this is a first contact, which is the thing that makes these emails work and the thing a template cannot do. As always, nothing sends until you approve it.
What happens after you send one
Emailing a buyer moves them to Catch up, which watches for the answer. If a re-engaged thread goes quiet again, Catch up tells you how many days it has been silent and offers to chase, snooze, or mark it done. A reply from them clears it on its own.
If it finds nothing
Then it says so, rather than inventing something to show you. That is the honest result, and it usually means your archive is newer than the product assumes. Opportunities appear as replies go quiet, so it is worth running again in a month.
Why we would start here
This needs no agent, no new buyers and no cold introduction. It is the follow ups you already meant to send, to people who already answered you once. If you have connected an inbox with a few years of trade mail in it and you want to see whether this product earns its place, run this before anything else.
Next: Where your decisions live
Still stuck? Write to hello@oleadesk.com and a person answers, usually the founder, within one business day. Say what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. Inside the app, Settings has a Get help box that sends the same message with the diagnostics attached.
