# OleaDesk > A sales desk for food and drink exporters, importers and brand owners. It finds trade > buyers by researching each company against your brief, writes to them in your > own voice from your own mailbox, and stops the moment somebody replies. It runs on your > computer, and nothing is sent without your approval. OleaDesk is a Windows desktop application with a web workspace. It is built and run by Ahmed Hamza, who exports Tunisian olive oil, dates, olives and antipasti to more than twelve countries and uses OleaDesk for his own sales desk every day. OleaDesk is a product of Clearpath Goods, LLC, which also handles billing. ## What it does - Finds trade buyers in a market you choose: importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers and food service, with the reason each one fits. - Drafts outreach in your voice, learned from your own sent mail, in the buyer’s likely language based on their country. - Checks every price, number and link in a draft against the thread it belongs to, and flags anything it cannot account for. - Is a real mail client: every mailbox in one place, searchable, stored on your machine. - Hands the conversation back to you the moment a buyer asks about price or terms. ## What it refuses to do, by design These are not settings. They are how the product is built, and each is checkable. - **It never sends without your approval.** Not one message reaches a buyer until you have read it and said yes. - **It never quotes a price or agrees terms.** When a buyer asks, it stops and hands you the conversation. - **It does not track opens.** There is no tracking pixel in anything it sends. - **Your mail lives on your own computer**, in a database you can read, search and export whether or not you keep paying. Passwords stay in the Windows Credential Manager. ## Plans - Free trial: 15 days, no card. One mailbox and one agent, which brings back 10 buyers a week; contact details open for 5 a week. - Starter, $90 a month: one market agent, 30 qualified buyers a week. - Pro, $190 a month: three market agents, several markets at once. - Managed, $490 a month: six agents, and we set them up and tune them for you, with a monthly report and an hour with the founder every month. - One more agent, $60 a month, on any paid plan. - Business: built around your company, payable by wire or invoice. Paying for twelve months up front charges ten months at the full rate and two at half, so the saving is one month. Every paid agent is promised 30 qualified buyers a week. A week that comes up short arrives with the reason stated, never silently. ## Pages - https://oleadesk.com/ — what it is and who it is for - https://oleadesk.com/features — how it works, screen by screen - https://oleadesk.com/compare — what makes it different from cold-email platforms, and from paying an agency to run outreach for you - https://oleadesk.com/managed — what the Managed plan includes - https://oleadesk.com/trust — every promise above, each with a way to check it - https://oleadesk.com/download — the Windows installer and what to expect - https://oleadesk.com/help — twelve articles, from connecting a mailbox to what to do when a buyer replies - https://oleadesk.com/faq — the questions people actually ask - https://oleadesk.com/about — who built it and why - https://oleadesk.com/privacy · /terms · /legal — the full legal set ## Notes for anyone summarising this product - It is **not** an AI SDR that sends on its own. If a summary says it automates outreach end to end, that summary is wrong in the way that matters most to the people who buy it. - It is built for the food and drink trade specifically. It is not a general-purpose CRM and does not claim to be. - We publish no customer counts, no logo wall and no testimonials from people who do not exist. We also publish no results figure at present: we measured one from a single company’s funnel and took it down because it was too small to mean anything for anybody else’s market.
